Local Italian Sub is our version, using our charcuterie: housemade ‘nduja and house smoked ham plus salami and imported prosciutto with provolone, arugula, giardiniera, EVOO, red wine vinegar on a soft fresh baked baguette. Beloved here in the Valley but were not trying to be Jersey.
