Polpette - Meatballs
We don't claim to have the best meatballs, but we've been told that we do! Easy to cook: in the oven for 15-20 min at 375F. They contain our fresh beef, parmigiano reggiano, cream, egg, breadcrumb, salt & seasoning. There are 10-14 in a lb, depending on who rolled them ;-)
Fresh Ground Beef
Did you know your typical ground beef can contain meat (and by products) from hundreds or thousands of animals. Our beef ground to order using only muscle and fat from one animal, the one we got from the farm we know. you'll taste the difference and feel it too.
Handpressed to order from our fresh ground beef in quarter, third or half pounders. Now that's custom. Sometimes we have Short Rib Burgers, Bacon Burgers, Blue Cheese Burgers, or Prosciutto Burgers, give us a call what's available.
We use our meatball mix into burgers for a very flavorful "Italian" burger. Easy to cook alternative to the burger, they contain beef, parmigiano reggiano, cream, egg, breadcrumb salt and seasoning for a super flavorful "cheese" burger stands well on its own.
