Our meat, being grasssfed and raised its whole life in the pasture, is the most flavorful, nutrient dense you will find. In Italia, most of the meat is cut to order and we bring that tradition here in Easthampton. Want you steak 1.25 inches thick, or 2 inches? Want a butcher's cut no one else knows about? Want some advice? Call or come in, and if we can't have the exact cut your looking for, we can reccommend something that will work perfectly, if not better, for your dish ;-)
