Pork Butchery Class
The butchery class will occur at the Urban Food Brood, Gasoline Alley at 250 Albany Street, Springfield, MA. This demonstration and interactive discussion starts at 12 pm and will last two hours during which we will fabricate one side of a locally raised pig, understanding the various cuts and how best to utilize and cook them. The price includes pork cuts, or sausage, for you to take home and cook.
Tickets are non refundable but if you are unable to attend the session for which you bought your ticket, you will be able to attend another scheduled class.
