Hi everyone,

As we approach nine years of Corsello Butcheria, we invite you to celebrate all that we accomplished together and we are grateful for your support. In the spirit of constantly creating something better, we have made the decision to move our operation full time to our Springfield location. While this is bittersweet for us, the good news is our butcher business is not going anywhere.

We have always worked closely with local farms and have also been paying attention to how many of you prefer to buy meat so we’re excited to lean more fully into a model that works better for you, our farmers and ourselves.

What’s New?

You can continue to visit the butcher at The Urban Food Brood at 250 Albany St., Springfield, Friday-Sunday. We’ll also be focusing on:

• Our customizable Meat Share subscription
• Farm to Fork dinners and butchery demonstrations
• Satellite pickup locations, including Springfield and farmers’ markets

This new model lets us:

• Work more directly with local farms

• Reduce waste by planning whole animals better

• Allows us more flexibility to offer curated culinary experiences

• Gives us more time to focus on collaboration with our Urban Food Brood Partners.
   

Introducing the Meat Share Subscription 

Our Meat Share Subscription allows you to build your own box by choosing from categories like ground beef, grillable cuts, slow-cook meats, sausage, and chicken. You can also select:

• Your preferred custom pickup frequency
• Your preferred pickup location
• Your preferred mix of locally raised beef, pork and/or chicken

We’ll be sharing full details soon, but signups will open shortly for founding members. Early members will receive some special extras as a thank-you for supporting this next chapter.

You can still visit us at Easthampton until April 11th

We still have some time left in the Easthampton shop, and we plan to make the most of it. Over the coming weeks we’ll roll out the subscription program and celebrate the space with our community.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us over the years. The storefront may be changing, but our commitment to quality meat, local farms, and our community remains exactly the same.
